At Ageless Body MedSpa, our mission is to deliver exceptional care, quality products, and results-driven services. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below for both products and services.

🧴 Retail Products

We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following options:

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Clearance or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (e.g., lip balms, eye creams, applicators) for hygiene reasons

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it. We will offer an exchange or store credit upon review.

💆‍♀️ Services, Treatments & Packages

Due to the nature of medical and cosmetic aesthetic services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered, including:

  • Medical aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, microneedling, laser therapy)

  • Skincare services (e.g., facials, chemical peels)

  • Wellness or body sculpting services

  • Memberships or packages

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a $50 fee or forfeiture of a prepaid session.

  • Prepaid services may be rescheduled, but are non-refundable.

💳 Prepaid Packages, Gift Cards & Memberships

  • Packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or exchanged for services of equal value upon approval.

  • Gift cards are final sale and may be used for any product or service, but cannot be redeemed for cash.

🔄 Refund Processing

If approved for a refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Store credit or exchanges may be offered based on the situation.
